BAKED CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 250 gm
Curd - 2 tbl spoon
Chilly powder - 1 t spoon
Corriander powder - 1 t spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 t spoon
Salt as needed
Garam masala - 1/2 t spoon
Fresh cream - 1 tbl spoon (Optional)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 t spoon
Cut the cauliflower very carefully into small pieces.
Remove the worms and boil the florets in hot water with turmeric and salt for 2 minutes so that any worms inside will be washed out.
Mix the cauliflower with the ingredients given above and let it sit for atleast 1/2 an hour.
Place an aluminium foil in the baking tray and sprinkle some oil.
Spread the pieces and bake it in 200 degree C for 45 mints. Keep turning the florets in between.
Our baked cauliflower is ready to serve with some onions on the top!
