CAULIFLOWER 65

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 1 cup
Curd - 1 tbl spoon
Maida - 1 t spoon
Rice Flour - 1 t spoon
Corn Flour - 1 t spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 t spoon
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Corriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed
Pepper - 1/2 t spoon




       Cut and clean the cauliflower in hot water with salt and turmeric.
       Mix the florets with the ingredients and add little water if needed.
       Deep fry the cauliflower in medium flame.


        
       Our Cauliflower 65 is ready to serve with some onion on the top.
