CHEESE OMELETTE

CHEESE OMELETTE

Ingredients:

Eggs -2
Butter- 1 t spoon
Grated Cheese- 2 tbl spoon
Salt- 1/4 t spoon
Pepper- 1/2 t spoon
Onion chopped finely- 1/2
Tomato chopped finely-1/2
Corriander leaves- 1 t spoon


 

Beat 2 eggs with a whisk until it gets mixed well. 
Grate 2 tbl spoon cheese.



Mix egg, onion, tomato, pepper, salt and corriander leaves and keep it ready.
Heat a doasai tawa and add little butter. 
After the butter has melted pour the egg mixture and cook the egg in low flame.
Then turn the omelette, sprinkle some cheese and fold it.





The cheese melts inside the omelette and our hot cheesy omelette is ready to serve.
