KARANDI OMELETTE AND FLUFFY OMELETTE
KARANDI OMELETTE
Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Salt as needed
Pepper - 1/4 t spoon
Take egg in a mixing bowl and blend in a beater or with a wire whisk nicely till it becomes fluffy.
Heat a big size karandi with 1 tbl spoon of oil.
Pour the egg and sprinkle some salt and pepper and cook in low flame for 2 minutes.
Turn the omelette once cooked and cook on the other side.
The 2 nd side will get cooked in 1 minute.
Karandi omelette is ready to serve.
FLUFFY OMELETTE
Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Salt as needed
Pepper - 1/2 t spoon
Onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1/2
Coriander Leaves- 1 t spoon
In a mixing bowl take 2 eggs and beat till fluffy.
Heat a dosa tawa with oil and pour the egg.
Sprinkle the chopped onion, tomato, Coriander leaves, salt and pepper and close with a lid.
Cook the omelette in low flame for 4 minutes.
No need to flip.
Our fluffy omelette is ready.
ONE SIDE OMELETTE
Mix egg with onion, salt and pepper.
Pour it in a hot tawa, cook for 2 minutes, fold and take out from the tawa immediately.
One side omelette goes well with paratha.
