MAYONNAISE

Ingredients:
Egg White - 2
Refined Oil - 100 ml
Lemon juice - 1/2 t spoon
Salt 1/4 t spoon
Garlic - 4 



      Grind garlic, lemon juice and salt together to a fine paste.



      Add egg whites and grind for 3 more minutes.
      Add oil little by little and grind or blend with an electric beater till stiff mayonnaise is formed.



      Our mayonnaise is ready and it can be stored in fridge for 3 weeks.
