PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients:

Paneer - 200 gm
Curd - 1 tbl spoon
Fresh cream - 1 tbl spoon (Optional)
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Pepper - 1/2 t spoon
Corriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed


               Mix all the ingredients given above.


               Cut paneer into pieces and marinate with the curd mixture for 1/2 an hour.
              

               Heat a dosa tawa and add a tbl spoon of oil it.

 

               Spread the paneer pieces and cook it for 5 mints in medium flame until the tikka is cooked on both sides.
  

Our Paneer tikka is ready to serve.
