CAPSICUM CURRY

CAPSICUM CURRY 
Ingredients:
Capsicum - 1/2
Onion - 1 small
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 4
Curd - 1 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Coriander leaves - 1 tbl spoon 
Ghee - 1 t spoon
Oil - 2 t spoon
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon

      Heat ghee in a pan and roast the capsicum for 5 minutes and keep it aside.




      In a frying pan heat 2 t spoon of oil fry fennel seeds and onion for a minute.
      Add chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic and let this cook till mushy.


      Once the tomatoes are cooked add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.


      Mix the curd and cook till oil separates.


      Add 2 tbl spoon of water and fried capsicum and cook in dim for 5 minutes until the capsicum blends well with the gravy.




      Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onion.


      Capsicum gravy goes well with chappathi or biriyani.
