EGG FRANKIE

EGG FRANKIE 
Ingredients:
For green chutney:
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon
Mint Leaves - 2 t spoon
Curd - 1 t spoon
Green Chilly - 1
Ginger - 1/2 piece
Garlic - 1
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Jeera - 1/4 t spoon
Salt as needed
Sugar - 1/4 t spoon
For Frankie:
Egg - 1
Chapathi - 1
Salt as needed
Pepper - 1 pinch
Onion - 1/2 
Capsicum - 1 t spoon sliced


Grind the ingredients given from the green chutney table in a mixer and keep aside.  


     
      Beat a egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
      Stir fry sliced onion and capsicum with a pinch of salt and pepper for a minute.


      Heat a dosa tawa and pour the egg in it.


      Place a chapathi above the egg and roast on both sides.


      Take the egg chapathi in a plate.


      Spread the green chutney in the centre of the egg side of the chapathi length wise.
      Spread the cooked onion capsicum above the green chutney.


      Sprinkle some raw onions above and fold in the bottom.
      Then fold the sides carefully and fold the frankie in an aluminium foil or butter paper.
      We can even prick a toothpick in the centre so that the frankie is well blinded.


      Egg Frankie is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
