MILkMAID SEMIYA PAYASAM
Ingredients:
Semiya or vermicelli  - 2 tbl spoon
Cashew nuts - 1 tbl spoon
Milk - 2 1/2 cup
Milkmaid - 1/4 cup
Cardamom - 1
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon


      Fry cashew nuts in ghee until golden brown and keep aside.


      Roast the semiya in the remaining ghee until slightly browned.


      Boil milk and add the semiya. 
      Let the semiya cook for 10 minutes.


      Now add the cardamom and condensed milk and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.


      Garnish our milkmaid semiya payasam with the roasted cashews and serve it hot or chilled.
