OKRA PEPPER FRY
Ingredients:
Okra or vendakkai - 1 cup
Onion - 1/2
Garlic - 4
Curry Leaves- 1 spring
Salt as needed
Pepper Powder - 1 t spoon
Jeera Powder - 1 t spoon
Fennel Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Oil - 2 t spoon
Heat a pan with oil, onion and curry leaves and fry for a minute.
Add the okra and fry in medium flame till half cooked.
Add the crushed garlic, pepper powder, jeera powder, fennel powder and salt and fry till the okra is roasted well.
Switch off the flame and stir with a t spoon of grated coconut.
Okra pepper fry goes well with chappathi and rice.
