PANEER  FRANKIE
Ingredients:
For green chutney:
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon
Mint Leaves - 2 t spoon
Curd - 1 t spoon
Green Chilly - 1
Ginger - 1/2 piece
Garlic - 1
Lemon Juice - 1/2
Jeera - 1/4 t spoon
Salt as needed
Sugar - 1/4 t spoon
For Frankie:
Chappathi - 2
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Pepper - 1/2 t spoon
Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon
Paneer - 100 gm


      Grind the ingredients given from the green chutney table in a mixer and keep aside.  



      Cut paneer into bite sized pieces and marinate with chilly powder, coriander powder, garam Masala and salt for 10 minutes.


      Heat a pan with 1 t spoon of oil and fry the capsicum, 1/2 slices onion and paneer for 5 minutes in medium flame or until the paneer gets lightly roasted.



      Take a hot chappathi and apply green chutney on the centre of the chappathi.


      Place the paneer pieces above the green chutney.


      Add some raw slices onions above the paneer.


      Now fold the bottom up.


      Then fold the sides one after the another.
      Cover the frankie with an aluminium foil or butter paper.


      Our Paneer frankie is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
