TAWA PANEER

TAWA PANEER 
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gm
Curd _ 1 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Chilly Powder _ 1 t spoon
Corriander Powder _ 1 t spoon
Turmeric Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1/2 t spoon
Cumin Seeds _ 1/2 t spoon
Onion _ 1
Tomato _ 1


      Cut paneer to your desired size and marinate with curd, 1/2 t spoon chilly powder, 1/2 t spoon corriander Powder, 
1/2 t spoon garam masala powder and salt for 10 minutes.


      Heat a dosa tawa with 3 t spoon of oil and add 1/2 t spoon cumin seeds.
      Fry chopped onion and tomato till mushy.


      Add the remaining spice powders (1/2 t spoon chilly powder and 1/2 t spoon corriander Powder) along with little salt and mix well.


      Add 2 tbl spoon water to the tawa and cook till the masala smell leaves.


      Add the marinated paneer pieces in the masala paste and cook gentle without breaking the paneer pieces for 5 minutes in medium flame.


      Garnish the tawa paneer with corriander leaves, onion and serve with chapathi
