WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients:
Milky bar _ 15 pieces
Maida _ 120 gm
Butter _ 80 gm
Sugar _ 100 gm
Baking Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Salt _ 1 small pinch
Egg _ 2
Vennila Essence _ 1 t spoon


      Heat butter in a pan and melt the white chocolate or Milky bar with the butter and keep it aside.






      We can use white chocolate chips instead of Milky bar.
      In a mixing bowl beat 2 eggs and powdered sugar till fluffy.



      Add in the vennila essence and butter chocolate mix and beat well.


      Add the maida, baking powder and salt and mix it gently with a spatula.


      Line a baking pan with a butter paper and apply butter over it.


      Pour the cake mixture and top it with some choco chips.


      Bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
      Once cooked remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
      Invert the brownie in a plate and make pieces of your desired size.




      Our white chocolate brownies are ready to serve.
