DRY CHUTNEY POWDER

 DRY CHUTNEY POWDER 

Ingredients:
Coconut - 3 tbl spoon
Red Chilly - 5
Garlic - 10
Salt as needed 


      Heat a pan with 1 t spoon of oil.


      Fry garlic in low flame for 5 minutes.
      Add the red chillies and coconut and fry in low flame till golden.



      Once cooled, add required salt and grind to a course powder.


      Do not grind continuously, otherwise the coconut will become paste.


      Enjoy dry coconut chutney with hot idles.
