INSTANT RAGI DOSA

 RAGI DOSA
Ingredients:
Ragi Flour / Keppa Maavu _ 1 cup
Rice Flour _ 1/2 cup
Ravai _ 1/2 cup
Ginger _ 1 inch piece
Green Chilly _ 1
Cumin Seeds _ 1/2 t spoon
Salt to taste
Curd (optional) _ 2 tbl spoon
Curry Leaves _ 1 spring
Pepper _ 1/4 t spoon
Onion _ 1/2



      In a mixing bowl take all the above ingredients and add 4 to 4 1/2 cups of water.




      Mix very well with a wire whisk ro get a lump free watery batter.




      In a hot tawa, pour the batter from the top so that holes are formed in the dosa.




      Do not pour in the centre of the tawa and spread as we do for normal dosa.
      Drizzle some oil and roast on both sides till we get golden and crispy dosa.


      Enjoy healthy ragi dosa with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
