MACROON BISCUITS

MACROON BISCUITS 

Ingredients:
Cashew Nut - 100 gm
Sugar - 100 gm
Egg - 3 whites



      Powder sugar and keep aside.
      Powder cashew nuts in a mixer in pulse mode.
      Do not grind continuously, otherwise we will get a oily paste. Grind for 2 seconds and off till we get a fine powder. 


      In a mixing bowl, add 3 egg whites and beat till fluffy using a electric beater in medium speed.


      Now add sugar little by little and keep mixing.


      Once the sugar and egg gets mixed well, add the cashew nut powder and mix gently using a spoon or spatula.


      After adding cashew powder, do not blend using beater.
      Mix lightly so that the puffiness of the egg remains as it is.
      Now our batter is ready.


      Pour the batter in piping bag or a milk cover.
      Put small hole and press through the hole in a greased baking pan above the butter paper.


      In a preheated oven, bake the macaroons for 1 1/2 hours at 100 degrees.
      Do not open the oven until 1 1/2 hours.
      Once baked remove and let the biscuits cool.


      Our crispy macroon biscuits are ready to enjoy.


      Store the biscuits in air tight container.  
      Otherwise the biscuits will become chewy.
