MINI PODI  IDLY
Ingredients:
 Mini Idly - 15/ Big Idly - 3
Idly Podi - 1 tbl spoon
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 
Onion - 1/2
Butter - 1 t spoon
Oil - 1 tbl spoon
Mustard - 1/4 t spoon


      Take 15 mini idly ‘s or 3 leftover big idles.


      If using big idly, cut into small cubes.
      Heat a Kadak with oil and butter and let the mustard splutter.
      Add the curry leaves and chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes.


      Now add the idly podi and give a quick mix.


      Add the idly and toss well.



      Fry for 2 minutes and enjoy hot podi idly with coconut chutney.
