CAULIFLOWER KURUMA

Ingredients:
Cauliflower Florets - 1 cup
Onion - 1 
Green Chilly - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 
Garlic - 5
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon
Curry Leaves - 1 spring
Cashew nut - 5
Salt as needed 


      Boil cauliflower florets with turmeric and salt for 5 minutes and keep aside. 


      In a pan add 1 tbl spoon oil and fry fennel seeds, cumin, green chilly, curry leaves, crushed ginger and garlic for 2 minutes in low flame.


      Fry onion until golden.


      Add the cauliflower and the masala and fry for 5 minutes.



      Now add 1 cup water and cashew paste, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes in low flame.


      Now the cauliflower is well cooked and a thick gravy is ready.


      Enjoy spicy cauliflower kuruma with chappathi.
