CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

 CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 

Ingredients:
 Maida - 55 gm
Sugar - 250 gm
Cocoa Powder - 40 gm
Vennila Essence - 2 t spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Egg - 3
Butter - 100 gm


      Melt butter in a mixing bowl, add cocoa powder and mix well.




      Add sugar and vennila and mix well.


      Beat 3 eggs and a pinch of salt very well with the butter.


      Now add flour and fold it gently.


      Sprinkle some ghee or butter in a baking pan.
      Pour this in the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1/2 an hour.



      Enjoy brownies as such or with ice cream.



NOTE:
      We can add chopped cashews along with flour while mixing.
