 GARLIC IDLY PODI

Ingredients:
White ulundhu / Urad Dal _ 1 tbl spoon
Channa Dal _ 1/2 cup
Kashmiri Red Chilly _ 14
Garlic _ 1/4 cup
Coriander Seeds _ 1 tbl spoon
Salt as needed


      Dry roast all the above ingredients seperately in a kadai until lightly browned.
      Roast garlic with a t spoon of oil until golden.


      Grind it to a coarse powder along with salt in a mixer.
      Store the idly podi in an air tight container.


      Mix garlic idly podi with gingelly oil and enjoy with idly or dosa.
