IDLY PODI
Ingredients:Black Ulundhu/ Urad Dal - 250 gm
Chana Dal - 200 gm
Seasame Seeds - 400 gm
Salt as needed
Red Chilly- 250 gm
Coriander Seeds - 50 gm
Curry Leaves - 1 big bunch
Garlic - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - 1/2 t spoon
Dry roast all the ingredients in low flame separately until slightly browned.
Roast garlic with 1 t spoon of oil until golden.
Keep aside and allow to cool.
Transfer to a blender and blend to coarse powder.
