MALAI EGG CURRY

 MALAI EGG CURRY 

Ingredients:
Boiled Egg - 3
Milk - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 2 tbl spoon
Onion - 1
Green Chilly - 3
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 
Garlic - 4
Pepper Powder - 1 t spoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed 
Cashew Nut - 3
Oil - 2 tbl spoon


      Cut egg into halves and keep aside.


      Grind together onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic and cashews to a fine paste in a mixer.


      In a pan heat oil and fry onion paste in low flame until raw smell leaves.


      Add pepper powder, cumin powder and salt and fry for 5 minutes.


      Now add milk and cook in low flame until the gravy thickens.


      Add fresh cream and eggs and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
      Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy malai egg curry with chappathi.
