MARIE BISCUITS

MARIE BISCUITS 

Ingredients:
 Maida - 150 gm
Milk - 30 gm
Butter - 30 gm
Baking Soda - 1/4 t spoon
Sugar - 60 gm
Salt 1 pinch 


      Heat milk, sugar and baking soda until sugar melts and allow it to cool.



      Mix maida, salt and butter to get a crumble texture.


      Add the milk and kneed to a soft dough.


      Roll using a rolling pin to thin chappathi.
      Cut using cookie cutter and place it in a baking tray with butter paper.



      Put some holes above the biscuits using a fork.
      Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.


      Allow it to cool and store the biscuits in an air tight container.


      Enjoy crispy biscuits with a cup of tea or coffee.
