 MASALA EGG FRY

Ingredients:
Boiled Egg - 3
Onion -1
Garlic - 5
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 



      Hard boil 3 eggs and make slits.
      In a pan heat a tbl spoon of oil and fry crushed garlic.


      Fry for a minute in low flame and add the chopped onion.


      Add curry leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
      Now add chilly powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and salt and mix well.


      Once the masalas are well cooked, add the eggs and fry for a minute until coated well.



      Add some chopped coriander leaves or spring onion and enjoy masala egg fry with rice.
