PANEER IDLY WITH GARLIC CHUTNEY
Ingredients:Paneer - 200 gm
Egg - 2
Salt - 1/4 t spoon
For Garlic Chutney:
Garlic - 10
Tomato - 1
Red Chilly - 3
Salt as needed
Grind together paneer, eggs and salt to a fine batter in a mixer.
No need to add water.
Grease the idly plate with ghee and pour the Paneer batter in the moulds.
Steam cook the idlies in medium heat for 12 minutes.
Our soft paneer idli is ready.
In a frying pan heat a tbl spoon of oil and fry garlic, tomato and red chillies in low flame until golden.
Grind the fried ingredients along with salt.
Our garlic chutney is ready.
Enjoy hot paneer idly with spicy garlic chutney.
