PUDINA / MINT CHUTNEY

 PUDINA CHUTNEY 

Ingredients:
Mint Leaves- 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt as needed 
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 
Garlic - 2
Green Chilly - 3
Oil - 1 t spoon
Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
Urad Dal - 1/4 t spoon
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 
Red Chilly - 1


      Grind together coconut, mint, ginger, garlic, green chilly and salt in a mixer to a fine chutney.


      Heat a t spoon of oil and let the mustard splutter.
      Add curry leaves, urad dal, red chilly and let this fry for a minute.
      Pour the tempering over the chutney.


      Enjoy mint chutney with idly or dosa.
