SEPPANKIZHANGU ROAST

 SEPPAKIZHANGU ROAST 

Ingredients:
Seppankizhangu - 1/4 kg
Corn Flour - 1 tbl spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 


      Pressure cook seppankizhangu for 2 whistles.
      Remove from water and let it cool.
      Peel off the skin and cut into halves.


      Now mix all the above ingredients along with the seppankizhangu and let this sit for 15 minutes.


      Deep fry the seppankizhangu in medium flame until golden and crispy.


      Serve arbi or seppankizhangu roast with curd rice or sambar rice.
