 AMERICAN CHOP SUEY

Ingredients:
Noodles - 100 gm
Salt as needed 
Onion - 1/2
Carrot - 1
Tomato Sauce - 1 t spoon
Soya Sauce - 1 t spoon
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbl spoon
Corn Flour - 1 t spoon
Garlic -  5
Oil - For deep frying  

      Boil water in a pan and cook noodles for 5 minutes.



      Drain off the water and rinse in water, so that they do not stick with each other.
      Once cooled, mix corn flour with the noodles and deep fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.




      Remove the fried noodles from oil in a tissue paper and keep aside.
      In a kadai, heat 1 tbl spoon of butter and fry chopped garlic for a minute.


      Add onion and vegetables of your choice and stir fry until vegetables are cooked.


     Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt and schezwan sauce and fry for a minute.


      We can add 1/2 t spoon pepper powder if necessary.
      Now add 1/2 cup water and allow it to boil.

      Our sauce is ready.
      Place the fried noodles in a plate, pour the chop suey sauce, garnish with chopped spring onion and enjoy American chop suey.


       Enjoy American chop suey immediately otherwise the noodles will loose its crunchiness.
