BREAD CHILLY
Ingredients:Bread _ 3
Onion _ 1/2
Capsicum _ 2 tbl spoon
Tomato _ 1 small
Chilly Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Coriander Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Turmeric Powder _ 1/4t spoon
Salt as needed
Coriander Leaves _ 1 tbl spoon
Red Chilly _ 2
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 t spoon
Cut bread into small pieces.
Toast the bread, with little oil until golden in a dosa tawa and keep aside.
In a pan add 1 tbl spoon oil and mustard seeds.
Once it splutters add chopped onion, red chilly and fry till golden.
Now add tomato and saute for 3 minutes.
Add chopped capsicum, red chilli powder, coriander Powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Cook this in low flame until oil separates.
Now add toasted bread pieces and give a good mix.
Simmer for 3 more minutes and switch off the stove.
