BREAD GULAB JAMUN

Ingredients:
Bread - 3
Milk - 2 tbl spoon
Sugar - 200 ml
Water - 250 ml


      Boil water with sugar in low flame for 20 minutes mixing frequently.
      Our  jeera is ready.
      Cut the edges of the bread and sprinkle some boiled cooled milk above the bread.




      Crumble the bread along with milk and kneed to a soft dough.


      Grease some ghee in hands and make small balls.


      Deep fry the jamun balls in hot oil in low flame until golden.


      Soak the jamun in sugar syrup for 2 to 3 hours.


      Enjoy gulab jamun with ice cream.
