 CHEESE BURST BUN

Ingredients:
Bun - 1
Cheese - 1 cube
Onion - 1/4
Tomato  - 1/4
Mixed Herbs - 1 t spoon
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Butter - 1 tbl spoon


      Cut bun into 2 pieces in the centre.

      
      Apply some butter in 1 side and toast the bun.


      Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated cheese, mixed herbs and peepper powder above the toasted side of the bun.


      In a hot tawa, heat butter and place the bun.


      Cover the bun with a low and cook in low flame for 2 minutes.
      Once the cheese melts, switch off the flame.


      Enjoy cheese burst bun when it is hot.
