EGG CHEESE BREAD
Ingredients:Bread - 2
Egg - 1
Onion - 1/2
Carrot - 1
Cheese - 1 cube
Salt as needed
Pepper- 1/2 t spoon
Butter- 1 tbl spoon
Capsicum- 1 tbl spoon
In a mixing bowl, mix together egg, chopped onion, capsicum, salt, pepper and keep it aside.
Cut the edges of the bread and remove the centre of the bread using a tiffen box cap.
In a hot tawa, add little butter, keep the bread and pour the egg mixture in between.

Grate cheese generously above the egg and cover it with the centre piece.
Toast the bread on both sides in low flame.
