 CHEESELINGS

Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Cheese Slice - 1
Milk - 2 tbl spoon
Cheese cube - 1
Salt as needed 


      Boil milk and cheese in low flame until cheese melts in the milk.



      Add hot cheese milk and salt in the maida and mix well.


      Now add grated cheese and mix well.


      Add little water and kneed to a soft chappathi dough.


      Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.
       Now kneed it again and make small balls.
      Dust some maida and role into thin chappathi using a rolling pin.




      Cut into small squares and deep fry the cheeselings in low flame until crispy.
      Remove the cheeselings in a tissue paper.



      Store the cheeselings in an air tight container and enjoy.
