DROP BISCUIT/ COIN BISCUIT

COIN BISCUITS 

Ingredients:
Egg - 1
Baking Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Butter - 1 tbl spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Maida - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 3 tbl spoon
Vennila Essence - 1/4 t spoon


      Grind together egg, butter, sugar and vennila until fluffy in a mixer.




      Mix together maida, baking powder and salt using a spatula.
      Pour the dough into a ziplock cover and put a small hole in the corner.
      Pour into small coins in a baking tray with butter paper.


      Pour in equal gaps so that, the biscuits can spread.
      Bake in a preheated oven at 120 degrees for 1/2 an hour or until the bottom gets slightly browned.     


      Once cooled store the biscuits in an air tight container.


      Our crispy drop biscuits are ready to enjoy.
