EGG BEJO
Ingredients:Egg - 3
Garlic - 5
Onion - 1
Red Chilly - 4
Lemon - 1/2
Salt as needed
Tamarind - 1/2 t spoon
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1/2 t spoon
Boil eggs and keep aside.
Chop garlic and onion length wise.
Take lemon juice with little water.
Soak tamarind in 2 tbl spoon water and filter the extract.
Mix salt in 1 tbl spoon water.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry garlic until golden and crisp.
Make deep slit in the egg and first fill it carefully with crushed fried garlic.
Now add fried onion, chilly flakes, coriander leaves, few drops of lemon juice, tamarind juice and salt water inside the egg.

Grind the fried red chilly coarsely to chilly flakes.

Now add fried onion, chilly flakes, coriander leaves, few drops of lemon juice, tamarind juice and salt water inside the egg.
