DARK CHOCOLATE

 DARK CHOCOLATE 

Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tbl spoon
Honey - 1 tbl spoon
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbl spoon
      In a pan boil water.


      Keep a small bowl above the boiling water (Double Boiler Method).
      Add butter in the small bowl and keep mixing.
      Once butter melts, add honey and mix well.


      Add cocoa powder and mix well.


      Now pour the chocolate on the chocolate mould and pat it.


      Place the mould in the freezer for 2 hours.


      Our dark chocolate is ready to enjoy.



NOTE:
      Instead of chocolate mould, we can pour the chocolate in a greased plate.
      Once freezes, cut into pieces.
