                HARIYALI PANEER TIKKA/ GREEN PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients:
Paneer_ 200 gm
Coriander Leaves _ 1/4 cup
Mint Leaves _ 1/4 cup
Salt as needed
Pepper Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Green Chilly _ 1
Garlic _ 3
Onion _ 1/2
Capsicum
Gram Flour _ 1 tbl spoon
Hung Curd / Thick Curd _ 1 1/2 tbl spoon
Fresh Cream _ 1 tbl spoon (Optional)


      Cut onion, capsicum, paneer into square shaped pieces.
      In a mixer grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly, garlic, curd to a fine paste.



      Add pepper powder, salt, fresh Cream and mix well.


      Now add paneer, capsicum, onion to the green chutney and mix gently without breaking the paneer pieces.


      Let this marinate rest for 1 hour.


      Now add gram flour and give a quick mix.


      Arrange the marinated paneer, capsicum, onion in skewers and place it in a baking tray with aluminium foil lined.


      Grill the tikka (broil mode) in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 minutes or until the edges of the paneer turns golden.
      Turn the skewers in between for even cooking. Brush with the excess green chutney in between.


      Enjoy hariyali paneer tikka when it is hot.
