HOMEMADE WHITE CHOCOLATE 

Ingredients:
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbl spoon
Milk Powder - 3 tbl spoon 
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon 


      Boil water in a  pan.
      Place a glass bowl above the boiling water (double boiler method).
      Add ghee in that glass bowl and wait till it melts. Let the stove be in low flame.



      Now add powdered sugar and mix well.


      Add milk powder and vennila essence and mix gently.



      Once the chocolate is mixed well, switch off the flame and pour in the chocolate mould.


      We can pour the chocolate in a cup cake liner along the sides.
      Freeze the white chocolate for 1 hour.



      Now demould the chocolates and store it in refrigerator in an air tight container.
