KHAJUR MODAK
Ingredients:Dates _ 10
Cashewnuts and Badam _ 1/4 cup
Ghee
In a pan fry cashews and Badam in ghee in low flame for 3 minutes.
Once cooled, grind the nuts coarsely.
Remove the seeds from the dates and grind to a fine paste.
Mix together the ground dates and nuts.
Apply ghee in Modak mould, keep the dates and nuts mixture inside the mould and give a press.
De mould the modaks from the mould and enjoy.
