 MALAI PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients:
Paneer _ 300 gm
Onion _ 1/2
Capsicum
Salt as needed
Pepper Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1/2 t spoon
Coriander Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste _ 1 t spoon
Kasuri Methi _ 1/4 t spoon
Thick Curd _ 2 tbl spoon
Fresh Cream _ 2 tbl spoon


      Cut paneer, onion and capsicum to square pieces.


      In a mixing bowl, mix together curd, fresh Cream, salt, pepper, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, crushed kasuri Methi, ginger garlic paste to a creamy paste.


      Add paneer, onion, capsicum and mix gently without breaking the paneer pieces.


      Let the marinate rest for 1 hour.


      Insert the marinated paneer, onion and capsicum in skewers. 
      Apply 1/2 t spoon oil in an aluminium foil and place it in a baking tray.
      Place the skewers in the aluminium foil and sprinkle 1/2 t spoon oil on the top.


      Now grill the paneer tikka in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the paneer gets slightly browned, turning the skewers in between. 


      Enjoy creamy malai paneer tikka with onion wedges.
