 MASALA PORI

Ingredients:
Pori - 2 cups
Pori Kadakia / Roasted Gram Dal- 2 tbl spoon
Roasted Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Cashewnuts - 4
Garlic - 2 tbl spoon crushed
Salt - 1/4 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Oil - 2 t spoon


      In a pan heat oil and fry crushed garlic until golden.


      Fry cashews, groundnut, roasted gram dal in low flame along with garlic.




      Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and switch off the flame.


      Mix well and add the pori and toss well.



      Store Kara pori in an air tight container and enjoy.
