WALNUT BANANA CAKE

Ingredients:
 Maida - 75 gm
Sugar - 70 gm
Butter- 70 gm
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon
Egg - 1
Walnut - 30 gm
Ripe Banana - 1


      Chop walnuts into small pieces and keep aside.



      In a mixing bowl, mix together butter and sugar until creamy.


      Now add vennila essence, egg and beat well.


      Add maida, baking powder and mix together.


      Now add mashed ripe banana and mix well.


      Now add chopped walnuts and give a quick mix.


      Pour the cake batter in a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until when a toothpick inserted, comes clean.



      Once baked, remove from the oven and let the cake cool completely.


      Now cut the walnut banana cake and enjoy with a cup of coffee.
