 WALNUT PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients:
Paneer _ 200 gm 
Walnut _ 10
Curd _ 1/4 cup 
Coriander Leaves _ 1 tbl spoon
Kasuri Methi _ 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed
Kashmiri Chilly Powder _ 1 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Powder _ 1 t spoon 
Cumin Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste _ 1 t spoon
Onion _ 1/2


      Cut onion and paneer into cubes.
      Grind walnut to a coarse powder.


      Mix curd with Kashmiri chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder and turmeric powder.
      Now add the paneer, onion to the curd masala and mix gently.


      Add the walnut powder to the paneer and give a quick mix.


      Let the paneer gets marinated for 1 hour.
      In a hot dosa tawa add some oil and roast the paneer on both the sides in low flame.



      Our crushed walnut paneer tikka is ready to enjoy with onion and lemon wedges.
