EGG KHEEMA MASALA

 EGG KHEEMA KARI

Ingredients:
Egg - 3
Oil- 1 tbl spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Pepper - 1/4 t spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Kashmiri Chilly Powder - 1/3 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Garam Masala -1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon
Water - 1 cup


      Hard boil the eggs in water and peel the cover.
      Grate the boiled eggs and keep aside.


      In a pan heat oil and fry cumin seeds, pepper.
      Add chopped onion and fry until golden.


      Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 minutes in low flame.
      Now add chopped tomato and fry until mushy.


      Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, pepper powder, Kashmiri chilly powder and mix well.


      Cook for 2 minutes and add the grated egg.


      Mix gently and add water.


      Cook until the gravy slightly thickens.
      Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.


      Add butter, chopped onion and enjoy egg kheema masala with chappathi.
