GARLIC BREAD

 GARLIC BREAD 

Ingredients:

Maida -  2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 t spoon 
Dry Yeast - 1 1/2 t spoon
Salt - 1 t spoon 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Grated Cheese - 3 tbl spoon
Butter - 3 tbl spoon 
Garlic - 4
Mixed Herbs - 1 t spoon
Chilly Flakes - 1/2 t spoon 


      Mix active dry yeast, sugar with Luke warm water and keep aside.



      After 10 minutes the yeast gets activated and bubbles are formed.


      Now take maida, salt, activated dry yeast, oil in a mixing bowl.


      Kneed to a soft dough.
      Sprinkle some oil above the dough and cover with a wet cloth.
      Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
      Now the dough gets doubled up in size.


      Kneed again and make a big ball.
      Spray some oil in a baking tray and spread the dough to a 1/2 inch thick circle.


      Mix melted butter with chopped garlic. 
      Brush the garlic butter and sprinkle grated cheese above half of the dough.


      Now sprinkle mixed herbs, chilly flakes and fold the circle to a semi circle.


    
      Apply garlic butter and sprinkle mixed herbs, chilly flakes on the dough.
      Make slits using a knife.


      Bake the garlic bread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes and grill for another 5 minutes.


      Our garlic bread is ready to enjoy.
