GULAB JAMUN USING MILK POWDER

 MILK POWDER GULAB JAMUN 

Ingredients:
Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
Maida - 2 tbl spoon 
Baking Soda - 1 pinch 
Ghee - 1 t spoon
Sugar - 150 gm
Water - 150 ml
Milk - 2 to 3 tbl spoon


      In a pan heat water and sugar in low flame for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
      Our jeera is ready.
      In a mixing bowl mix together milk powder, baking soda, maida and ghee.


      Add milk and mix gently to a soft dough. 


      Now make small balls out of the dough.


      Deep fry the jamuns in ghee or refined oil in low flame until golden.


      Soak the jamuns in jeera for 3 hours.


      Enjoy soft jamuns with a scoop of ice cream.
