TAWA CHICKEN/ PAN FRIED CHICKEN

TAWA CHICKEN ROAST 

Ingredients:
Chicken _ 300 gm 
Ginger _ 1 tbl spoon
Garlic _ 1 tbl spoon
Tomato _ 1/2
Green Chilly _ 1/2
Salt as needed
Kashmiri Chilly Powder _ 1/4 t spoon 
Pepper Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Turmeric Powder _ 1/4 t spoon
Garam Masala _ 1/4 t spoon
Coriander Leaves _ 2 tbl spoon
Coconut Oil _ 2 tbl spoon


      Heat a dosa tawa with oil and add finely chopped ginger, garlic.



      Add the chicken and mix it in high flame for 2 minutes.


      Sprinkle some water, cover with a lid and cook the chicken in low flame for 5 minutes.
      Now add Chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder and mix well.



      Now add chopped tomato and green chilly.


      Sprinkle more water and cook in medium flame until chicken gets soft and cooked well.
      Once the chicken is roasted add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves and give a quick mix.   



      Enjoy spicy tawa chicken when it is hot.
