CREAM CAKE

 CREAM CAKE  

Ingredients:
Softened Butter - 150 gm
Sugar - 140 gm
Maida - 150 gm
Egg - 3
Vennila Essence - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Baking Powder - 1 t spoon 
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon 
Whipped Cream / Cake Cream - 200 ml
Sugar - 3 tbl spoon 
Water - 4 tbl spoon
Tuti Frooti - 2 tbl spoon 
Chocolate Semiya - 2 tbl spoon 
White Chocolate - 1/4 cup


      Beat butter in a mixing bowl and add powdered sugar and vennila.




      Beat well with an electric beater and add eggs.



      Mix well until creamy.
      Sift together maida, baking powder, baking soda in a seive and mix gently.



      Butter a baking pan and add the prepared cake mix.



      Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes and 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
      Allow the cake to cool completely.


      Boil 4 tbl water with 3 tbl spoon sugar and allow it to cool.


      Cut the cake in the centre and make two equal halves.


      Pour some sugar syrup above the first layer of the cake and spread the cream.


      Now place the 2 nd layer of the cake above the cream.


      Again pour the sugar syrup and spread the cream.
      Decorate with grated white chocolate, chocolate semiya, tuti frooti.


      Our cream cake is ready to enjoy.


      Refrigerate the cake until served.
