EGG NOODLES

 EGG NOODLES 

Ingredients:
Wheat Noodles - 50 gm
Egg - 1
Onion - 1/2
Carrot - 1
Beans - 4
Capsicum - 1/4
Salt as needed 
Pepper - 1 t spoon 
Soya Sauce - 1/2 t spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Ginger - 1/2 t spoon chopped 
Garlic - 1/2 t spoon 


      Boil noodles with water until soft.


      Drain excess water and keep aside.


      In a pan melt butter and fry chopped ginger, garlic.
      Add onion, carrot, beans, capsicum and fry until cooked.


      Add soya sauce, salt, pepper and mix well.


      Keep the veggies around the pan and pour the egg in the centre.    


      Sprinkle some salt and pepper and sauté well.
      Once the egg is half cooked,mix the egg with the veggies.


      Now add the cooked noodles and mix well.




      Garnish with chopped spring onion and enjoy egg noodles.
