MUSHROOM OMELETTE

 MUSHROOM OMELETTE 

Ingredients:
Mushroom - 5
Egg - 2
Onion - 1/2
Salt as needed 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Pepper - 5
Capsicum - 1/4 t spoon 
Green Chilly - 1/2
Garlic - 4


      Clean and chop mushroom into small pieces.
      Cut onion, garlic, capsicum into small pieces.


      Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
      In a dosa tawa, heat a t spoon of oil and fry cumin, pepper, garlic.


      Add onion, capsicum, mushroom along with a pinch of salt and sauté until the mushrooms are well roasted.


      Now transfer the capsicum masala to a bowl.



      In the same tawa heat 1 t spoon butter and pour the beaten eggs.


      Once the eggs are half cooked, spread the onion mushroom mixture.
      Add some chopped coriander leaves above the egg.


      Flip the egg and cook until the 2 nd side gets cooked well.



      Now transfer the mushroom omelette to a plate and enjoy when it is hot.
